What is SkillsMap?

Builders is the main product area for creating frameworks. A framework describes a job family, its levels, the competencies people need, and the expectations at each level.

Teams use Builders to replace scattered spreadsheets with a structured system that can be edited, published, viewed, shared, and reused.

The Competency Library stores reusable competencies. A library competency can be imported into multiple frameworks so teams use consistent language across job families.

Library items are most useful when the same capability, such as communication, technical design, or execution, appears in several roles.

Organization Admin is where admins manage users, access, seats, billing, departments, and product defaults.

This area keeps the organization ready for framework work by making sure the right people have the right access.

Evaluator is future-facing in SkillsMap. Some settings or billing information may appear only when an organization has access to that product area.

Builders remains the primary product for creating and maintaining frameworks.
