AI Context

Add AI context

Add AI context when you have source material that should influence AI-assisted framework work.

Select the scope

Choose whether the context belongs to the organization, a department, or a job family.

Job descriptions are best added to a job family. Broader values or career ladder material often belongs to a department or the organization.

  1. 1. Open AI Context.
  2. 2. Select the scope.
  3. 3. Choose Add AI Context.
  4. 4. Choose the document type.
  5. 5. Paste the content.
  6. 6. Submit the context.

Use pasted text

In this version, AI Context uses pasted text. File upload is not part of the current workflow.

Paste the cleanest useful source material you have. Remove unrelated notes when they could confuse the output.

Processing

After submission, SkillsMap processes the context so it can be summarized and used by AI-assisted workflows.
