Export a framework

Export gives teams another way to use published framework content outside the authoring workspace.

Check access

Export may depend on your Builder permissions and your organization's plan.

If Export is locked or unavailable, ask an organization admin to review your access and plan capabilities.

Export the published version

Exports use the published version. Publish current draft changes first if they should be included.

  1. 1. Open the framework.
  2. 2. Confirm the framework is published.
  3. 3. Choose Export.
  4. 4. Follow the export prompt.

Review before sharing externally

Before sending exported content outside SkillsMap, confirm it reflects the current approved expectations.
