Archive or delete AI context

Archive or delete context when source material should no longer influence future AI-assisted work.

Archive context

Archive context when the material is no longer current but may still be useful to keep for reference.

Archived context is hidden from the normal list unless archived items are shown.

Delete context

Delete context when the item should be removed from normal use. SkillsMap is designed to preserve useful history for traceability.

  1. 1. Open AI Context.
  2. 2. Select the scope that owns the context.
  3. 3. Open the context item.
  4. 4. Choose Archive or Delete.
  5. 5. Confirm the action.

Inherited context

Inherited context cannot be archived or deleted from a child scope. Open the owning organization, department, or job family scope to manage it.
