Roles, access, and permissions

Organization admins can manage users, billing, settings, and product defaults.

Builder users can enter Builders when the organization has Builders enabled and the user has a Builder seat.

Evaluator access depends on whether Evaluator is available for the organization.

A product seat gives a user access to a product area, such as Builders. If all seats are assigned, an admin must add capacity before granting more access.

Admins can belong to the organization without using a product seat if they only need to manage the account.

Builder permissions control actions inside framework work. One user may be able to view and review while another can edit, publish, share, export, compare, or maintain the library.

If an action is missing or locked, the user may need a different Builder role, product access, or plan capability.

Confirm the user is in the right organization, has product access, has an available seat assigned, and has the right Builder permissions for the action.
