Share a framework

Sharing lets people view a published framework without entering the authoring workspace.

Publish first

Only published framework content can be shared. If the latest draft has changes, publish before sharing if those changes should be visible.

Create a share link

Sharing is an explicit action. SkillsMap creates or reuses a link to the published snapshot.

  1. 1. Open the published framework.
  2. 2. Choose Share.
  3. 3. Create the share link.
  4. 4. Copy the public link.

Understand what viewers see

Shared viewers see the published framework, not newer draft edits.

If you update and publish the framework later, review whether the shared view still represents what you want people to use.
