View a framework

The View tab presents a framework for readers who need to understand expectations rather than edit them.

Open the View tab

Use the View tab to inspect the framework as a structured grid.

Categories and competencies stay on the left while job levels appear across the grid.

  1. 1. Open a framework.
  2. 2. Go to the View tab.
  3. 3. Scroll across job levels as needed.
  4. 4. Open questions or notes where available.

Filter job levels

Use the job level filter when you only need to inspect one level.

Clear the filter to return to the full framework view.

Use the view for review

The viewer helps authors and stakeholders check whether expectations read clearly across levels before or after publishing.
