When to compare
Use Compare when a framework has a published version and the draft has newer changes.
Compare is most useful before publishing, reverting, or asking another person to review changes.
Review changes
The comparison groups changes by category and competency.
Look for added, removed, and updated expectations. Pay close attention to changes that affect several job levels.

- 2. Choose Compare.
- 3. Review the summary.
- 4. Open changed categories and competencies.
- 5. Decide whether to publish, keep editing, or revert.
After comparing
Publish if the draft is ready. Keep editing if changes need more work. Revert if the draft should return to the published version.
