AI Context

View AI context

Viewing AI context helps authors understand what source material is available for a selected scope.

Select a scope

Use the scope selector to choose a job family, department, or organization.

The page shows direct context for the selected scope and inherited context from parent scopes where applicable.

Open a context item

Open a row to review the source content, summary, document type, created date, and current processing state.

  1. 1. Open AI Context.
  2. 2. Select a scope.
  3. 3. Find the context item.
  4. 4. Open the row to view details.

Understand processing states

Processing means SkillsMap is preparing the context. Ready means the context is available for use. Failed means the item needs attention.

Archived items are hidden from the normal view unless you choose to review archived context.
