Manage billing
Billing helps admins understand plan status, available capacity, and when an upgrade or billing change is needed.
Evaluator billing is currently informational
Builder billing is actionable. Evaluator billing may appear as coming soon or informational until Evaluator is available for your organization.
Review plan and seats
The Builder billing card shows plan status, total seats, and remaining seats.
Use this before inviting users or granting Builder access.
Review usage
Billing also shows framework usage, custom competency usage, competency library capacity, and monthly AI usage where those limits apply.
Upgrade or manage billing
Use the billing actions to change plan capacity or manage payment details.
If billing is not configured for the organization, contact the person who owns the account setup.
