Manage product access and seats

Product access controls whether someone can use product areas such as Builders. Seats determine how much access your organization can assign.

Grant product access

Grant access when a user needs to work in a product area. SkillsMap checks whether the organization has an available seat before access can be assigned.

  1. 1. Open Users.
  2. 2. Find the user.
  3. 3. Open the user's action menu.
  4. 4. Choose the product access to grant.
  5. 5. Confirm the change.

Revoke product access

Revoke access when a person no longer needs a product area. This frees the seat for someone else.

Some access changes may be blocked if they would leave a non-admin user without any product access.

Troubleshoot seat limits

If you cannot add a user, check Billing for total seats and remaining seats.

You can remove access from another user, deactivate an account, or update billing to add more seats.
